The old stand by for chicken and pork. Always turns out right and the taste is good ….. but what if you want to put your own spin on the old classic dish. Just do it! Look around and see what kind of dry spices you have and let the creative side run wild. Add a bit of smoked paprika some extra garlic or onion powder. McCormick makes a bunch of different seasonings that you can add.
One thing to keep in mind is you can over do a good thing so just test the waters when you first start out on your adventure.
Tarragon adds a nice flavor to chicken in almost any dish.
Mesquite will add the flavor of being cooked outside over the wood fire.
You could add just some chili flakes to bring out a touch more heat and flavor.
And lot of variations, try not to over think what you’re making. It’s chicken in the end don’t ya know?.
