I am really into fish and enjoy the heck out of my Tuna. Tuna is much more then what you find in a can. Give this a try and you will be on your way to stardom with your friends and family when it comes to cooking.

Ingredients
- 2 to 4 tuna Steaks
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon black Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
Marinate the Tuna Steaks for 15 to 30 minutes as your waiting for the charcoal to get hot.
Place the Tuna Steaks on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes each side.
Remove from the grill and serve hot with grilled Asparagus that you can marinate with the same mixture as the Tuna Steaks. This serves up great with rice.
