Tuna is so popular now days, and cooking it over a charcoal fire just brings out the flavors.
I am really into fish and enjoy the heck out of my Tuna. Tuna is much more then what you find in a can. Give this a try and you will be on your way to stardom with your friends and family when it comes to cooking.

Place the Tuna Steaks on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes each side.
Remove from the grill and serve hot with grilled Asparagus that you can marinate with the same mixture as the Tuna Steaks. This serves up great with rice.

What happens if you over cook the tuna? Or I guess the better question is when it the tuna over cooked?

You will find that the Tuna is better on the not so done side of life, the heat will carry over and it will not be real fishy
