This is a great tasting easy to make chili. when I was told about this chili I was taken back. How to keep live easy and dinner great. Any time that you can make the family happy with a quick and easy chili dinner you should go for it. With fall just starting the warmer and heartier meals fit right in. Great for leftovers too.
You can use the leftovers for a topping on Nacho also.
Ingredients
- 1 Lb ground beef
- 1 jar Picante sauce
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
Instructions
Brown the ground beef and drain excess fat off
Rinse both cans of beans well, this will reduce the salt
In a 2 quart pot add the meat, beans and the Picante sauce
On low heat bring to a slow boil and reduce the heat to simmer
Serve with corn brad or corn chips
