Cod in Parchment Paper
Cooking cod in the parchment paper is like making a sack to cook the fish in. The fish stays nice and firm but flakey. You can make this a one dish meal with single servings.
How to Cook
Cook till the pouch reaches 145 degrees about 30 minutes and the wait 10 minutes to take out of the oven, oh and pre heat the oven to 350 degrees. Serve with brown rice and a nice salad. Now don’t skip the Anchovies they add the salt to the dish with out over doing it.
Ingredients
- Cod
- Green Beans
- Anchovies
- Black pepper
- Sliced Pimientos
- Garlic
- Parsley or Cilantro
- Pike Pier Fisherman Rub Seasoning
Without a lot of prep work and super easy clean up this will become a favorite dish for you.
