Al’s Perfect Dry Rub, what a snap!
Al’s perfect rub has a great taste and is so easy to mix up. With this recipe you can either make a small batch for tonight’s dinner of you can mix up a seasons worth of seasoning for all of your Bar-B-Que’s coning up.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl
Press the rub on all sides of the meat or fish
To intensify the flavors, refrigerate the meat for one hour prior to grilling

Super easy to make, you may have all the ingredients in your pantry already. The recipe shown make enough rub for a baby back rib.It doesn’t take a lot of math to double or triple the recipe if your having a large cookout. It doesn’t matter which brad you use they all go together just fine. Mix up a batch for your next cookout and just watch all the smiling faces when they bite in.
