Scrambled Eggs Brad’s Way

Scrambled Eggs Brad’s Way.  Scrambled eggs can either be a great dish or just eggs cooked a different way.  With adding just a few extra ingredients to the eggs you can make them pop.  I myself like them light and fluffy with a little added flavor.  Here is what I do, check out the recipe below. And from all the complements I say this is the best way to cook scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs per person
  • 1 oz fresh cream or whole milk per 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of dried Tarragon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl

Add the Milk or Cream

Add the dry ingredients

Mix or scramble the mixture together

In a pre heated frying pan at medium heat

Add a little butter

Let the butter melt

Add the egg mixture

Let the eggs cook for a few minutes

Now here is the trick and I am not sure when or where I learned this but what you need to do is just push the eggs around with your spatula to turn the eggs over.

Do this a few times and turn the heat off when the eggs age just about done. The heat in the pan will finish them off.
