Russian Chicken Onion Soup Apricot Preserves

The first time out I used cut up chicken wing and it turned out great.  Easy dish to prepare and puts a smile on every ones face.

For the cooking dish I used a 9 by 13 Pyrex type dish.  Seeing that I had wing pieces I put them in a bowl and poured the dry soup mix over the bunch of them.  I tossed  the chicken with the soup mix and placed them in the baking pan.

The reason for putting dabs of the preserves all over the dish is to spread out the flavor.  I am thinking that next time I make this I will bake the wing parts in the oven and make the other items in to a dipping sauce, I like having the skin of the chicken wings nice and crunchy compared to just cooked.
