Great flavor with the mixture of Honey Orange Garlic Chicken.  This is a simple marinate that will give your chicken a great flavor.  The side dishes can be the star in this meal, so feel free to use a stir fry vegetables and noodles to high lite the chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 Lb Chicken tenders
  • 2 Cups orange juice
  • 1/4 Cup honey
  • 1 Clove garlic crushed and diced

Instructions

In a zip top plastic bag put all the ingredients.

Marinate for 2 hours

Cook them in a George Foreman type cooking grill for fast cooking. This will help keep the moisture in the chicken.

Serve with rice or thin noodles
