French Dip Sandwich With a Twist

French Dip Sandwich With a Twist

Take the normal french dip sandwich and make it a little different for a change.  What kind of change you want to know?  How about adding a little Horse radish, garlic or a different type of roll other then the standard hard roll?  Try using a Artisan bread like Panini it adds a great new flavor to the sandwich.

I remember growing up and having french dip sandwiches, they were nasty.  Mom would take the left over roast beef and try to slice the meat real thin but that never truly happened as I remember the meat was to thick and full of connecting tissues, gristle to be exact.  It was what it was but today I chose to either have the meat sliced in the dell section of the store or I purchase the meats that are totally cooked, sliced and packaged.

If your going to use your leftovers to make French Dip Sandwiches use a better selection of meat to begin with

If your a do it yourself kind of person you may want to get an electric slicer from Amazon.  The unit listed here is a best seller. this tool doesn’t need to be a door stop either You can slice a lot of different items with it.  So keep thinking!
