Curry Udon Noodles Cooked to perfection

I can’t wait to give this a try!  I love a good soup and a Curry Udon Noodles dish sound right for a winter day.  Making the right amount of vegetables with your noodles has been a challenge for me.  The video  has the recipe in it so you can get the portion right.
