Chicken Pesto Genovese, Porcini Mushroom and Truffle Triangoli
Let’s start with the chicken, you get a rather large portion of this marinated chicken in pesto genovese, as far as the cost it isn’t bad less than 10 bucks. It will serve a family of 4 very easily and you have a lot of different side dishes that will complement the pesto Genovese. I cooked this on my grill and I wasn’t happy how it turned out I think I was a bit light on the coals, the flavor was great I was hoping for better grill marks on the flipped side of the chicken. I am thinking the next time I buy this I will use the George Foreman to cook it.

Instructions
Instructions are to follow the instructions on the package.
I made up some eggplant as an appetizer to keep the hungry people at bay as the rest of the meal was being prepared. For a starch I made another Trader Joe product, Poricini Mushrooms and Truffle Triagoli raviolis, just followed the instructions and all was good. Everyone left the table full and happy. It is such a nice feeling getting complements after a meal.
