Balsamic Vinaigrette the Easy Way

Balsamic Vinaigrette the Easy Way

Tired of store bought balsamic salad dressings?  Make your own, keep it fresh and make the amount that you need.  Making it doesn’t require a lot of prep work or even much time.  You can make it kind of plain or you can add garlic to the mix. Play with it, have some fun.  I do like to use a good to better Balsamic in my mix, just makes it stand out more, you get a lot better flavor by doing the little things.

I have that your weight may benefit from the tasty vinaigrette dressing that you use on your salads. Aside from having fewer calories than fat-laden dressings, vinegar slows digestion and makes you feel full sooner, preventing you from overeating and gaining weight, according to the University of Michigan Health System.  Is it true, not sure but the taste is worth it.

If you don’t have any Balsamic vinegar you can substitute red wine vinegar with a little sugar (1/2 tp) or even a good cider vinegar with the sugar too.

Here is how to mix it up.

Add all of the ingredients together, but not the oil that is the last one in the pool.  You can either add the oil by whisking it in to the mixture and let it sit or whisk it together when it is time to serve.

Try Honey instead of sugar for a great flavor.
